Last updated: July 13, 2026

AI is used as an assistive technology. It does not replace client review, professional judgment, or required legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or technical advice.

1. How Magina may use AI

  • Drafting, rewriting, translation, summarization, and content ideation.
  • Research assistance, classification, extraction, comparison, and analysis.
  • Image, document, presentation, spreadsheet, and code assistance.
  • Workflow automation, document generation, routing, and operational support.
  • Training demonstrations, workshop materials, and practical examples.
  • Quality checks, structured review, and productivity support.

2. Human involvement

Magina applies human review where appropriate based on the type of service, risk, scope, and agreed delivery. Some low-risk or automated outputs may be generated with limited manual intervention. Clients should review and approve final outputs before public, legal, financial, regulatory, medical, technical, safety-critical, or business-critical use.

3. Limitations of AI

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, fabricated, or outdated.
  • AI may misunderstand context, tone, local requirements, technical dependencies, or business rules.
  • Generated images, text, code, or recommendations may require correction, testing, validation, licensing review, or adaptation.
  • AI output should not be treated as guaranteed fact or specialized professional advice.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate context, requirements, examples, restrictions, and source materials.
  • Review and approve final outputs before use.
  • Test automations, integrations, code, calculations, and technical configurations in an appropriate environment.
  • Obtain any required professional, legal, financial, regulatory, medical, tax, security, accessibility, or compliance review.
  • Avoid submitting unnecessary highly sensitive information, secrets, complete payment card details, passwords, regulated health information, or confidential data not required for the service.

5. Data and third-party AI providers

Magina may use third-party AI providers and cloud platforms. We aim to minimize unnecessary personal information and use business or enterprise configurations where appropriate. Data handling by third-party providers is also subject to their terms, privacy practices, settings, and technical controls.

Clients should inform Magina in writing before the project begins if certain data must not be processed by AI tools or if specific AI-related restrictions apply. Such restrictions may affect scope, cost, timeline, or feasibility.

6. Intellectual property and originality

AI-generated or AI-assisted material may resemble existing content, and the legal status or exclusivity of certain outputs may vary by jurisdiction and provider terms. Magina does not guarantee that AI-assisted output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright, trademark, patent, or other protection. Clients should obtain specialized advice when exclusivity or registration is important.
